The screenig was attended by Bollywood celebs like Hrithik Roshan's girlfriend Saba Azad, Saqib Saleem, Darshan Raval, Varun Sharma, Jonita Gandhi, Palak Tiwari, Akanksha Ranjan Kapoor, Aditya Seal with Anushka Ranjan Kapoor, and director Siddharth Anand.

Gadar 2 follows the story of Tara Singh portrayed by Sunny Deol who ventures across the border in a daring attempt to rescue his son who has been captured in Pakistan.
