PICS: Protests break out across India over remarks against Prophet

Protests erupted across several parts of India, with the agitators demanding action against suspended BJP spokesperson Nupur Sharma and her former party colleague Naveen Jindal over their remarks on Prophet Mohammad. The nationwide protests were witnessed in Delhi, Chennai, Prayagraj, Ranchi, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Navi Mumbai, Ludhiana, Hyderabad and Srinagar, among other places. Pics/AFP, PTI, Pallav Paliwal
