The deteriorating air quality in Mumbai poses a significant threat to individuals with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD), as the poor Air Quality Index (AQI) can intensify their symptoms, informs Dr Harish Chafle, pulmonology and critical care, Global Hospitals, Parel Mumbai.
