The 26-year-old "Vicky Donor" star took to Twitter and wished luck to co-actor Nitin and director Premsai for the romantic-action film.
"All the best to @directorpremsai @actor_nithiin @anuprubens #karthik for the audio launch of 'Courier Boy Kalyan' today on TV5 &amp; Gemini music.
"Really wish if I could be a part of my team today at the audio launch but unable to due to my prior shoot commitment #CourierBoyKalyan."
The film is produced by Gautham Menon, who helmed Ajith Kumar-starrer Tamil blockbuster "Yennai Arindhaal".
"Courier Boy Kalyan" is scheduled to release on September 11.
