Foreign Ambassadors and High Commissioners of various countries took part in Navratri festivities in Vadodara of Gujarat on October 01. At least 50 ambassadors and high commissioners participated in the event. The festival of Navratri honors the defeat of the demonic Mahishasura and the triumph of good over evil. The 10th day of Sharad Navratri is celebrated as Dussehra or Vijaya Dashami.
